So what do you need to do, well, it's just a couple of simple steps.

Create a Tribute Website of Your Loved One

Step 1:

You can create suitable tribute websites via these platforms:

Or you can use an existing website or tribute page that you already have.

Make Your QR Label & Order

Step 2:

Copy and paste the {URL} address of your website  (e.g. www.mytributepage.com) into the order form and chose your QR disc size, style and colour.​

Complete the order form and pay for your items, that’s it.

 

Once your order arrives you can then install it and let anyone scan the QR disc/label to gain access to your tribute/website
